Costmodelling Limited was established in 2002 to develop cost modelling software specifically for the UK quantity surveying and estimating market. Constant research and development has produced a revolutionary product - the world's only true 4-dimensional construction cost modelling software, integrating cost planning, cost modelling, risk analysis and whole life costing in one single application.

Costmodelling Limited is committed to continuing development and support of Costmodelling Works in the UK and around the world to be a leader in cost modelling software. Evidence of this commitment has resulted in the selection of Costmodelling Works by Leeds Metropolitan University, the University of Glamorgan and the University College London for use in their degree and masters curricula and research. Our intention is to establish Costmodelling Works as the primary application for production of RICS NRM whole life cost models throughout the UK and beyond.
